Lethem Day Tour
Overview
Board a scheduled flight to land in Lethem located in the Rupununi. Have a mini tour of the town of Lethem and St. Ignatius, a nearby Indigenous community. Continue your tour over the Takutu Bridge to arrive at Bomfin in Brazil. The Takutu Bridge is deemed to be the all-weather road connection between Guyana and Brazil. Enjoy lunch at a scenic location in Bomfin.
After lunch, we return to Guyana to experience the relaxing time at the Kumu Falls where you can take a refreshing swim. Later this afternoon, we returned to Lethem Airport to board a scheduled flight to land at the Eugene F. Correia International Airport

With our lethem daytrip package, Visit the town of Lethem, an Indigenous community then enjoy lunch in Bomfin and return to Guyana for a relaxing afternoon at the Kumu Falls.

Board the scheduled flight for the journey to Lethem, arriving at 08:30 AM.
Upon arrival at Lethem airport, your guide will pick you up as you begin your day of adventure. Enjoy a mini tour of Lethem, a town in Guyana located in the Upper Takutu-Upper Essequibo region.
Next, make a short visit to a neighboring Indigenous village, St. Ignatius.
Continue the tour over the Takutu Bridge, making a brief stop on the bridge, and then continuing to Bonfim in Brazil. The Takutu River Bridge establishes an all-weather road connection between Guyana and Brazil
Enjoy lunch at a scenic location in Bonfim.
After lunch return to Guyana and head to nearby Kumu Waterfalls to spend the rest of the afternoon. (Pack swimwear, towels, bug spray, sunscreen, and change of clothing)
Return to Lethem airport for scheduled flight back to Eugene F. Correia International Airport. (1545hrs check-in and 1645hrs departure) L
